Hiring Digital Marketing Manager

About us: We are a small team of people, with ample opportunities but not able to deliver due to lack of staff. Most of us are working in one company and side by side working in this organization as well. We have 3 people for SEO, 1 web developer, 1 digital marketing manager. We currently have 5 clients viz. vitals, signora, naath vaastu, msbs, and renew medical center..

Opportunities: Many other clients have contacted us for digital marketing but we were not able to deliver our service due to lack of time/workforce. We have funds of around 50L to invest in the company.

What we are looking in a candidate: We want the candidate to coordinate with existing clients and get the works done. Work hard and build an offline working team and office for the digital marketing company in Navi Mumbai. Implement the existing works/ideas and expand the business in what we already know to international clients. We also want the candidate to associate with us on long term.

What pay and perks to expect: 25k-35k in hand salary plus incentives. We would definitely give shares of the company based on the performance of the candidate and future discussions upon joining the company. We hope to give the candidate 1L per month in hand after a year working in our organization. Exponential growth in your and our lives.

Skills required: Thorough knowledge of digital marketing: G-ads, SEO, SMM, Basics of web development. Managerial skills to get the works done from the staff. Hard working, quick implementation, tech savvy, willing to learn new skills and adapt to new technological innovations/tools/software. Professionalism, good communications skills, integrity, high IQ, and good business acumen.

Location preference: We are looking for candidates who are in Navi Mumbai only.
